Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle From Costco Review
This was my first time trying this Brownie Brittle and it didn’t disappoint! Since I have never actually tried brownie brittle before, I had no idea what to expect. The bag shows delicious brownies and it said that they are thin, light and crispy.
So I figured that it was a mix between a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. Since I like both and love chocolate, I knew I needed to buy this when I spotted it at Costco.
I am so glad that I did. While it was a bit different than I expected, it was very good.

About Sheila G Brownie Brittle
On the back of the bag it has some information about Sheila G, the person that created this brownie brittle. It explains how she combined her love of baking and her family’s fudge brownie recipe to make this product.
Since she loved the crispy outsides of traditional brownies, she found a way to make a product that has a rich brownie taste and is crunchy like a cookie.
Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle can be eaten right out of the bags, or crumbles in your favorite dessert or over ice cream.

Taste
When I first grabbed a piece of brownie brittle from the bag, it looked like a piece of brownie with chocolate chips, but it felt like a super thin cookie or wafer. The pieces are very thin like a traditional thickness of a brittle. They are not thick like a brownie.
When I first bit into one, I was surprised that it actually tasted like a real brownie. Since it was hard and crispy like a cookie, I thought it might taste more like a double chocolate chip cookie. It didn’t taste like a cookie at all, it definitely has a strong brownie taste that is delicious.
Just like it says on the bag “Rich Brownie Taste With A Cookie Crunch!” is the perfect way to describe the taste of this product. You feel like you are eating a thin crunchy cookie, but you are definitely tasting a brownie.
I just ate mine straight out of the bag like a cookie, but it does say that you can crumble it up and add it to ice cream. While I didn’t try this, I do think that would taste amazing also!
Final Thoughts
Overall, I would have to say that the brownie brittle from Costco was a delicious snack. If you are craving the flavor of a brownie, then this really does taste like a brownie, but with less calories.
However, since the pieces are very thin and crispy it’s hard to eat just a few pieces and be satisfied. This chocolaty treat was delicious, but you will definitely want to have more than just a couple pisces to really feel satisfied.
