Costco Petite Cuisine Mozzarella Sticks Review
If you love restaurant style mozzarella sticks then you are going to be excited to hear that these Costco Mozzarella sticks are so good!
Every time that I go out to eat, my favorite appetizer is cheese sticks. I have actually looked for these in my local warehouse many times before, so I was so excited when I finally found them.
In general I knew that I loved these, but I wasn’t sure how I was going to like the Petite Cuisine ones from Costco. I am happy to say that I give them an A + rating!

Inside the box
The box comes with a total of 82-92 frozen mozzarella sticks that are sealed in two large bags. I really liked how each of the bags have a resealable zip lock seal. The instructions are also printed on both bags, which is convenient because you don’t have to worry about not having the instructions if you throw out the box.

Cooking the Mozzarella Sticks
Since I wanted mine to be crispy I figured it would be best to cook them in the air fryer. I followed the instructions from the package and they turned out pretty good.
First, I preheated my air fryer to 375 degrees, sprayed the air fryer with non-stick spray, and placed 8 frozen mozzarella sticks into the basket. I cooked them for 2 minutes, then moved them around in the basket, and let them finish cooking for another 2 minutes.
I let them cook for a total of 4 minutes, and while they were perfectly cooked, they probably could have been cooked for about a minute longer to make them even more crispy.
Taste
When they were done cooking, they reminded me of the exact ones that I always order at my favorite restaurants. On the breading of the sticks I could see some seasonings so I was a bit worried that they might be spicy or have a weird flavor.
After trying the first one my worry quickly turned to joy, because they were delicious! They had the perfect crispy breading on the outside and the melted mozzarella cheese on the inside was just as good.
Since I didn’t have any marinara sauce, I just used some ranch for a dipping sauce. One thing that surprised me is that they weren’t spicy at all. They had the perfect amount of seasoning that just made the mozzarella sticks taste perfect.
Final Thoughts
While these mozzarella sticks from Costco can be hard to find in stock, that is probably because people buy them so fast! I am so happy that I finally found these and was able to try them out for this review. They exceeded my expectations, and my entire family loved them. If I were to give them a rating it would be 9/10!
Stocking up on a box of these would be perfect for game time, parties, or afterschool snacks.
