Costco Three Bridges Blueberry & Vanilla Oat Bites Review

I love anything with blueberries! So when I spotted these blueberry oat bites at Costco, I knew that I needed to try them.

This was my first time trying these. While they weren’t exactly what I expected I really loved them and can definitely recommend them.

What is Included

The Three Bridges Blueberry & Vanilla Oat bites can be found in the refrigerated section near the deli.

There are four individual packets that each have 2 oat bites included. Each of the packs can be separated.

I really like that the packs can be separated. This is great if you would like to take them on the go.

Nutritional Information

Here is a photo of the full nutritional information from the package.

Cooking the Oat Bites

The cooking instructions state to peel off the back film and remove paper tray from outer packing. In the paper tray microwave oat bites for 20 seconds (ensure internal temp reaches 165 degrees). Let rest for 5 minutes.

Each of the oat bite packs include two oat bites inside a microwavable paper tray.

I first removed the tray from the packing and then placed the microwave tray in the microwave for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds the oat bites were still a bit cool, so I cooked them for another 20 seconds.

After a total of 40 seconds in the microwave they were perfect.

Taste

When I first tasted the oat bites, I was surprised by how good they were. I was expecting them to be more of a hard consistency, but instead they were soft like a muffin.

They actually reminded me of vanilla blueberry muffins. They also had the perfect amount of oats to blueberries.

They not only had a blueberry flavor, but there were actual real blueberry chunks inside the oat bites.

I really like the vanilla flavoring as well. It added to the taste of the blueberry and oats. They were sweet, but not too sweet.

I could also taste a citrus and honey flavor. I looked at the ingredients, and it says that they are sweetened with blue agave nectar syrup, and the ingredients included orange zest, so this is what I was tasting.

The combination of blueberry chunks and oats included with the vanilla and orange zest flavor really made these oat bites amazing!

I don’t know why, but I expected these to be hard and tasteless, and I was 100% wrong!

I figured that these would be an item that I would probably just buy once, but I am now going to stock up.

Final Thoughts

These Blueberry Oat Bites from Costco are simply delicious!

While they do have to be refrigerated and cooked in the microwave before eating them, they would be great for cooking at home or bringing on the go to the office or a hotel.

These are one of my new favorite Costco finds, and I will be buying more to keep them in my refrigerator at home.

If you love blueberries and you are interested in trying these blueberry and vanilla oat bites, I would recommend that you buy them.

Overall, I gave them a rating of 8/10 and can’t wait to buy more!
