The Pure Organic Layered Fruit Bars at Costco looked so good that I just had to try them.
In our house we love anything that includes fruit. From fruit snacks to fresh and frozen fruit we are always on the lookout for new finds. Costco doesn’t have a ton of fruit snack options, so I was happy to find these and try them out.

What is Included
The Pure Organic Fruit Bars at Costco come in a variety pack that includes 28 layered bars. The flavors included are (8) raspberry lemonade, (12) strawberry banana, and (8) pineapple passionfruit.
Each fruit bar is individually packed which is perfect to just grab and go, pack in a lunch, or throw in your backpack.
Taste
The Pure Organic Fruit Bars tasted very good. They tasted similar to what I expected them to. If you have ever tried a fruit leather, I would compare the taste of these bars to that just sweeter.
These are perfect to satisfy a sweet craving, as they are very sweet, but you might need to eat two because just one is not that satisfying. They are not very big.
Also, I loved the consistency of the fruit. Some fruit snacks can be too chewy and stick to your teeth, but these didn’t do that at all.
They were soft enough that you could easily chew them and not have to worry about stuff getting stuck on your teeth.
The actual flavor was also very good as well. They tasted very natural vs other brands of fruit snacks that taste more processed and artificial.
Just make sure that you have something to wipe or clean your hands with after you are done eating them, because they are very sticky, and do leave a sticky residue on your fingers.
Out of all three flavors my favorite in order from best to least was the pineapple passionfruit, then the raspberry lemonade, and finally the strawberry banana.
While they were all very good, I would love it if they just had an entire box of the pineapple passionfruit. I love anything that tasted tropical.I was a bit sad that the box had 16 of the strawberry banana flavors and only 8 of the raspberry lemonade and pineapple passionfruit. I would love it if they had the same amount of each.
My kids also love these fruit bars, and anytime I can find something that they love and that is also good for them, makes me happy!

Final Thoughts
Overall, I would say that there are some pros and cons to the Pure Organic Fruit Bars at Costco. We did really enjoy these bars, and it makes me feel good that they have better ingredients than other fruit snacks.
They are convenient, taste great, and good for you at the same time! Really my only complaint would be how sticky they made my fingers.
So while you might need to wash your hands or have some wet wipes handy, I would definitely recommend these fruit bars from Costco.
