These Tommy Bahama Solar Lights at Costco are the perfect way to brighten up your yard!
If you are trying to get your patio and yard ready for the spring and summer then Costco is the place to be.
Toward the beginning of winter they start stocking so many things for yards and patios. They actually have some high quality stuff that is price right.
If you are looking for some solar lights, then these Tommy Bahama Solar Lights at Costco might be just what you need.

They actually have two different styles of these lights. They have the “Bollard” style and the “LED Pathway style”.
In this post I am going to be going over both of these different styles that are sold at Costco.

I found these solar lights in the center of the store near the other lighting and seasonal gardening items.
Every year around February – March Costco starts selling gardening and spring items, and you can score some really great deals.

The bollard style light is 20.1” in height and 3.7” wide. It features a durable metal construction that has a tree style pattern on it that is powder coated in a beautiful oil-rubbed bronze finish.

I think that this is very pretty. These bollard lights also come with a warm LED bulb that never needs replacement.

The lights are easy to assemble. All you have to do is attach the included stake to each light and place it into the ground.
Each light has a small crystalline solar panel located on the top of the light that charges the batteries.
They also have an automatic on / off so that your lights will come on when it gets dark and go off when it gets light again. They will stay lit up to 8 hours each night.

Bollard Light Reviews
While I might end up purchasing these in the future, I have not actually used them myself.
To get a better idea of what everyone thinks of the Tommy Bahama Bollard Lights I did some research on the reviews.
They are rated 3.4 stars on Costco’s website and a 4.5 star rating on Amazon.
Overall most people were satisfied with the lights, but there were some complaints. Everyone loved the shadow pattern.
Some even stated that they purchased more boxes because they were just so pretty.
The most common complaints were that they didn’t stay lit for a full 8 hours, and instead went off after about 6 hours.
Many people also had the complaint that some of the lights stopped working after only 1 year of use.

The reviews stated that some things that they loved about these lights were how they faced downward, they had a large solar panel, and seemed to stay lit all night long.

Final Thoughts
I really love the look of both styles of The Tommy Bahama Solar Lights at Costco.
I love the oil rubbed bronze look and you could even get both styles for different parts of your yard and they would match.
Solar lights are so convenient because you just stick them in your yard wherever you want some light.
You don’t have to worry about wiring anything, plugging them in or turning them off and on.
Overall they seem like they are well made and look great. I will probably purchase these in the future to try them out.
Also, if you do decide to buy these and they don’t work out, then Costco has a great return policy so you can just bring them back.
