Cooking the Noodles

One the back of the box there are two options for cooking the noodles. You can microwave them for 3 minutes, or prepare them on the stove top.

I choose to prepare my noodles in the microwave. First, I just pulled off the little tab in the corner of the bag, and then put it in the microwave.

I microwaved it for 3 minutes on high and it was cooked perfectly. Just be careful when you take it out of the microwave because the bag is really hot. After the bag cooled down a bit emptied the bag into a bowl and mixed the vegetables in with the noodles.

What I loved

I really love the taste of these noodles. They had the perfect amount of noodles and sauce. I also loved that the noodles were already mixed in with sauce.

They were so easy to prepare, I literally just warmed them up and dumped them into a bowl. The noodles had the perfect amount of spice to them. I didn’t even have to add any sauce or spices.

What I didn’t like

I loved these noodles from Costco, and will definitely be buying them again, but If I had to improve one thing, that would be that more vegetables would be included.

The vegetables included were broccoli, Chinese pea pods, water chestnuts, edamame soybeans, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus, and red bell peppers. I thought that the vegetables were really good and cooked perfectly.

Final Thoughts

The Yakisoba noodles from Costco are so good, easy to prepare and ready in just 3 minutes. I will be keeping some of these in my freezer at all times because they were just so good.

I would definitely say that they taste great and they make for the perfect single serve meal idea. I love that they come in small serving packs, so that you can just cook enough for one person.

If you wanted to use them to make a meal, you could just cook up a few more of the packs. So easy and so good. I would recommend that you try them too!
