Cooking the Tacos
I decided to cook my tacos in the oven. I placed frozen mini tacos on a baking sheet.

After my oven was preheated to 425 degrees I cooked the mini tacos on the center rack for 11 minutes.
They were so easy to cook and turned out perfect. I probably could have let them in for another minute to make them more crispy, but I was happy with how they were cooked.

Taste
I honestly really liked these mini tacos. They were a bit crunchy on the outside and had the perfect amount of filling on the inside.
The only other mini tacos that I have tried are the Jack in the Box ones. I would say that these taste very similar to.

I thought that they might be very greasy, and while they were a bit as expected, they were not too greasy which I liked.
I also liked that they had just the perfect amount of filling.

There was not too much filling, but just enough so that you could take a bite and really enjoy the crispy corn tortilla and the filling at the same time.
I opened one up so that you could get a better look at the filling.

The filling itself tasted really good. It was a mix of shredded chicken, cheese and spices. I also liked that they were not too spicy.
Even though they were not too spicy, they still had a nice Mexican style flavor to them. I ate them plain, but they would also be very good dipped in salsa, cheese or sour cream.

Final Thoughts
Overall, I really liked the Mini Tacos from Costco. They are the perfect easy to cook appetizer or snack.
They definitely are very similar to the Taco Bell ones, but they are a great deal at Costco for just $9.99 for a box of 72. If you are looking for some great tasting, easy to cook mini tacos, I would definitely suggest that you try them.
