These Yasso Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars are just so good! Mint chocolate chip is my favorite kind of ice cream so of course I spotted these as I walked by the ice cream section at Costco.
When I noticed that they were made out of greek yogurt, I honestly didn’t think that they would be good. I don’t really love yogurt, so I figured that I wouldn’t like these, but still grabbed a box for this review.
After trying them out, I am so happy to report that I was 100% wrong, and these are literally one of my new favorite finds at Costco.

These mint chocolate chip bars are made from frozen greek yogurt, contain chocolate chips and are made to taste like ice cream by adding natural flavors. They contain no artificial sweeteners, are only 100 calories per bar and have 5 grams of protein per serving.
Taste
I was so excited to try these bars, but also wasn’t sure if I would actually like them since they are made from Greek Yogurt. After trying my first bar, they are surprisingly really good and taste just like mint chocolate chip ice cream.
They are perfectly creamy and don’t taste anything like greek yogurt. They actually taste better than some kinds of mint chocolate chip ice cream that I have tried.
The bars also have the perfect amount of small chocolate chunks added in them so that with each bite you are getting some crunchy chocolate chips.
The mint chocolate chip bars are refreshing and would be perfect for a guilt-free snack on a hot summer day. As far as the taste goes, I absolutely love them! They are delicious and remind me of a trip to the ice cream shop to get a scoop of mint chocolate chip.
My kids tried these bars also, and I am happy to say that they love them just as much as I do. We will definitely be buying more boxes.

Final Thoughts
I am so happy that I discovered the Yasso Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars from Costco. They are seriously delicious and since they are lower in sugar and higher in protein than traditional ice cream I don’t feel as guilty eating it.
I also love that they come in pre-portioned and packaged bars. This makes enjoying them that much nicer as you don’t have to scoop it out of a container and measure portion sizes. You just grab one from the freezer and eat it. They are my new go to dessert!
Also, while you can buy these at other stores, make sure you check Costco because you get a much cheaper price. They normally sell for about $5 USD for a box of 4 bars at most stores. Since you are getting a box of 15 bars at Costco for less than $10 then you are saving about $5 for buying in bulk.
Make sure you keep a lookout for the instant savings. When I purchased these they were on sale and I only paid $6.39 for a box of 15 which is a really great price.
I would recommend them to anyone that loves mint chocolate chip ice cream but wants a healthier alternative.
